1. How do I place my order with YET?
For creating your order, you browse the required service and fill out the order form, share your images and register yourself with us and make payment. When you log in, you can track your order in My Orders section. If you need any assistance, our support executive is available 24 X 7 for you. Check out the video below for more information!
2. What is your standard turnaround time for a service in YET?
The average turnaround time for photo editing is 10-15 hrs from the time we get your order. Retouching, extraction & other services have a maximum 24hrs turnaround time. It also depends on the complexity & volume of orders. Standard Turnaround time varies depending on the project/service selected, you’ll receive a confirmation mail. Please lookout for the order update emails, or refer to the “My Orders” tab for appropriate delivery dates. The turnaround time starts once we receive the order, the images, and all information related to it.
3. Do you provide a referral discount?
Yes, we have both a Referral and Rewards Program! You have to just invite a friend and once your friend registers you and your friend get rewards. You earn every time your referral code is used.
4. What are the charges for the personalized jobs?
Personalized Jobs are priced per job and vary from one job to another. Once you submit your images and order form, we will prepare an estimate/ quote for you and wait for you to approve it before starting any of the work.
5. Do you offer express deliveries?
We understand that photographers are very busy and have very specific deadlines. Therefore, we do offer express services at an additional cost.
6. How many services can I choose in one order?
As many as you wish. Every service will get a suborder number. You can treat that suborder as a separate order, even though it is under parent order.
7. Will the same editor work on my orders?
Editors may change based on their availability. You may request to have one permanently assigned for you. We will try our best to have an assigned editor or else the next available editor will be assigned.
8. Do you design albums?
Yes, we do!!!!
9. How would I upload my images for processing?
After you log in to your account, go to “Orders” to get to the list of orders. Look for the image upload button on the side of your order.
There are three different options to upload your RAW files or catalogs:
Web Uploader: For files only. Each file should not be more than 100 MB. Drag and drop your files to the uploader, and it will do the rest including notifying the production team that you have completed the upload.
FTP: For files, folders & Smart Previews. Make sure that you click “Confirm” once you have uploaded your files.
Link: Upload your images to Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc. and paste the link into the purchasing system.
